Blue and Gray Alliance: Leaders plan for 150th Anniversary

It was a giant step forward for the 150th Anniversary Civil War battle reenactments and the future of reenacting A Leadership Conference for the command staff of Civil War reenactors was conducted Jan. 9 and 10 to develop a five-year plan for the 150th Anniversary of the War Between the States.
Confederate General Joe Way, commander of Cleburne’s Division, organized the conference. Cleburne’s Division and the First Federal Division formed an alliance and planned a meeting to develop a five-year plan for the 150th events. An invitation was extended to other armies, and the responses were overwhelming.
